halloween party

Some photos of our girls in there Halloween outfits, Auntie Katie bought Elliot's and Ali bought Darcy's. Elliot had a Halloween party at nursery so it seemed the ideal opportunity to try them out and show Darcy off to the nursery staff.

Registering Darcy's Birth

Today we all went to the registry office to register Darcy's Birth, which went fine with nothing really to tell, until we left the registrar and big sis insisted on going into the pram as she was tired. Mummy couldn't carry Darcy far or push Elliot SO the only solution was for them to share the pram as seen in the photo, Elliot is sat at the back with Darcy between her legs :o) it was really funny and the amount of people that either smiled or laughed at us, its a good job mummy and daddy don't get embarrassed to easily :o), mummy and daddy are still trying not to buy a double buggy, but sadly we forgot the new sling so daddy could carry Darcy and push Elliot just until mummy is well enough then all will be fine were sure, but may purchase a buggy board :o) and as it was our first family outing it went really well and we only forgot 2 things the new sling and Elliot's Backpack with parent lead so we were really pleased with ourselves :o)

lovely knitted gift

the lovely cardigan was knitted and sent by daddy's auntie Anne, along with a lovely one for her Big Sis Elliot but sadly have not yet got a photo of her wearing it, but when i do i will post it. the photo of Darcy in The hat that i knitted was because we have a photo of Elliot wearing it and everyone said she looked really mischievous so we wanted to see if Darcy looked the same as they are so alike but she didn't :o) think Elliot was a little older when i knitted it thou so there is still time ;o)

Darcy's first bath

daddy did a fab job at bathing little Darcy but bless she didn't seem to like it, so to get her own back when daddy took Darcy back she weed and pooed through the towel all over daddy, it was very funny even daddy had to laugh really :o)

Visiting Mummy and Darcy at hospital

Bless Elliot had loads of fun visiting yesterday.

she loved the bed esspecially when she found the buttons that made it go up and down :o), she then helped Mummy get little sis off to sleep by pushing her back and forth in the naughty pram, and she managed it, little monkey Darcy would not sleep for mummy.
she wouldnt sleep on the first night either hence i had the naughty pram, as the hospital call it.

Its a Girl!

Darcy Arwen Ogden arrived Fri 23rd October at 12.06pm. 9lb 2oz, 22cm long. 14 days over due.

so here are pictures form her fist few hours, including her daddy and big sister visiting mymmy and Darcy at hospital.

Elliot is sick of waiting for Baby Bob

Elliot is now so fed up of waiting for Baby Bob to come she has started stealing the things we have put aside for him for her dolls, she keeps using the bumps blanket to play on rather than her own and thismorning she dragged the car seat in form the living room to the kitchen and insisted on my fastening dolly in to the seat and then putting a blanket on her just like a proper little mother :o) bless her its so cute to watch.

When i took her to nursery Bernie told me she is the same at nursery with all the dolls, that Bernie has had to get the baby bath out so she can wash the babys and loves being in the baby room with the actual babies, so she is obviously looking forward to the new arrival. all good signs we hope :o)

Mummys 30th

Photos of Mummy and Elliot at the resturant we went to for my Birthday Meal, Elliot on incisting on giving me a kiss buto nly on my cheek :o) then her toy dof 'Ben' was the only person that was alowed any of her chips, and she is usually a good sharer. but bless Ben looks like he has a whole meal to him self :o)

Also Pictures of Mummys Birthday Cake, sadly i had to makeit myself but Daddy and Elliot decorated it and what a fab job they did, they seem to of had loads of fun, and elliot decided i could have 9 candles bless her. i had to leave the room while they decorated it so it was a surprice so when i returned to the kitchen ant was a little surprised when elliot decided to tell me that she had put buttons on the cake, i though i was jst getting sprinkles :o) bless them. and last photo is elliot helping Mummy blow out the candles of her cake, esspecially after she had helped my open my presents and all my cards :o)

but a lovely day was had by all, so thank you Elliot and Daddy, and baby bob for not coming , any day now im sure :o)

Elliot at her best

i brought some of Elliots paintings home from nursery tonight and when daddy got in he was asking her about a particular one, that was lots of white spots on black paper so daddy asked was it snow, Elliot replied in her funny tone of dont be silly and said it was a picture of a wolf, so went up to the picture and showed daddy whitch bit was the wolf, daddy then poited to another bit and asked what that was Elliot then replied "paint daddy" it was priceless. and daddy was speechless for once :o) poor daddy!

There all poorly mummy!

this was the lovely seen i was met with at eh bottom of my be thismorning, Elliot brought a large selection of her toys inand anounced they were all poorly so emptyed a packet of hankey to fist wipe there noses then put them to bed using the same hankys as blankets, when daddy returned late in the day elliot informed him they all still had coughs and sneezes :o) bless her. at the moment her favourit advert is for a sneezing doll that seems to be on evey morning so i wonder if they caought it off the telly :o)

Due Today 9th Oct

mummy in the nursery on her due date 9th october 2009 no sign of baby, but feeling really well still. 53inc round (bigger than with Elliot, even tho i feel smaller this time) so picture on Top is me on 13th june 2007 Elliots due Date :o) seeing them like this not much in it really obviously just have more energy due to having Elliot ot run round after so no time to feel really large just have to get on with things :o) x

Blankets 4 the babes

the blanket on the right is for baby bob but his/her big sister elliot wouldnt allow us to leave with out one for her also :o) witch is only fair really so bout the prints seveal months ago and haas taken me untill now to finaly get them quilted and backed so they can be used. Gave Elliot hers today and she seemed really pleased with it, and loves all the animals especialy as she can name them all :o) so now just waiting to see when baby bob will finaly make an appearance as now 4days over due and am running out of things to do :o)
